Me: Hi! I was wondering if you had any pocket wizards? One of mine died.
Store owner: Nope. Sorry. You should try these. (shows shitty transmitters). I have owned this store for 15 years and know the industry well. These are much better and better made.
 Anything else I can help you with?
Me: Do you have any Profoto 7b's or Hensel porty packs? I'd do fine with an Ellinchrom set or even Calumet's.
Store owner: Never heard of them. We have White Lightning and Photogenics?
