It’s about damned time. I have dealt with so many shitty photographers who try to take advantage of their models (financially and sexually) to the point where it’s no longer just black listing needed but police involvement. I have literally heard photographers say “They (models) get hot and bothered when in front of the camera. This is why i love being a photographer.” NO THEY DON’T. THEY ARE WORKING.

This damned rape mentality. Just because a woman is posing (clothed or not) does NOT mean she(or he) is asking to be hit on/touched in ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. Even if she was literally saying in plain english “I want you” it should NEVER take place in or around a shoot.  Ever. 

When I show my contracts to the talent and state that they can leave at anytime if they have any issues and still get paid they look at me like i’m insane. Your talent is the lifeblood of your image. You treat them with respect, honesty, and give them more than asked for. They will come back with even better work and respect for you.
